Delivery and Returns

We expect to deliver within 2 working days after receipt of payment. For any exceptions, refer to the relevant product page. In case of delay in delivery, we will inform you immediately.

The delivery outside Germany may take up to 7 business days.
In the Order, you can always view the current status of your product delivery.

Shipping costs

• within Germany:
  Lump shipping cost of 2,- € incl. salestax
• outside Germany:
  For international deliveries the shipping fee is 6,- € incl. salestax.
• free Shipping within Germany:
  By order over 100,- € incl. salestax.
