You can see here one of the very rare yearbooks 1947 of the Allied Control Council authorities plus the small gift card, as a thanksgiving for the international participants of the UPU Congress in Paris in 1947 .The book is complete, with all the cellophane interleaves and in unusually good , first-class condition with no defects ! Minimal pressure points on the edges of the front cover of the book are mentioned .
As you can read on the back , these books were made in the State Printing Berlin with the job number produced 3542 printed in May 1947 , in a very small edition of only 300 pieces!
The book therefore contains all Issues that , officially at the counters were valid throughout Germany at this time in early May 1947.
Accordingly , the early and no longer manufactured digit values ​​of 1, 3 , 4, 5 and 42 Pfg and the values ​​also no longer produced in the old UPU colors (12 Pfg red, 15 Pfg.- red and 25 Pfg blue) are not included .
