Extremely rare lower margin piece with blank space! Not pre-folded, not separated, genuine and flawless. The Michel catalog falsely suggests that empty fields would be abundant with this value above and below. According to my more than 15 years of research and archiving of rare peculiarities of the control council issues, there was only one lower margin piece with a fold, which was formerly in my collection and which only found its way into the Michel catalog 2009 after this piece was reported. Another mint never hinged piece was offered at an auction house years ago and now this piece is on offer here. Against this background, a catalog price of currently 300 € for only two known pieces seems more than ridiculous!
